Marc is a Lawyer and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland. With over 30 years experience in the Construction Industry, Marc has worked both overseas and within Australia. Marc has extensive experience and understands the needs of the Construction Industry. His real life experiences provide Marc with intimate knowledge of the issues confronting people within the industry.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Marc held various construction industry roles such contract administrator, estimator, contract manager, project manager and construction manager. Marc has worked locally, internationally and in FIFO roles for both client and contractor side roles. His extensive experience ranges from negotiating contracts, through to the administration of construction projects, to disputes, mediation and negotiation.

Marc’s in the field experience provides our clients with a significant advantage in saving both time and money. Marc truly understands the technical and commercial issues our clients’ face and ensures to provide efficient and honest Legal Advice and representation.

Marc is a Member of the Queensland Law Society, The Society of Construction Law, The Building Dispute Practitioners’ Society. Marc is also a volunteer for the Bar practice Course held by the Bar Association of Queensland.
