Marc is the Principal of Construction Law MD. With over 30 years in the construction industry, Marc’s extensive experience means he understands the needs of the construction industry & his real-life experiences provide Marc with an intimate knowledge of the issues within the industry.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Marc has held various roles in the construction industry including CA, Estimator, Contracts Manager, Project Manager & Construction Manager. Marc has worked in Australia, internationally & even FIFO for both client & contractor side roles. From negotiating contracts through to contract administration, disputes, & negotiations, Marc has the real-life experience.
This experience provides our clients with a significant advantage in saving both time & money, for Marc truly understands the technical & commercial issues our clients face.
