Chris, the former Principal of Construction Law MD & has over 30 years experience as a Lawyer & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland & High Court of Australia. He also practiced as a Chartered Professional Engineer overseas and within Australia. He maintains his professional engineering status with continuous professional development.
Chris has extensive experience and understands the needs of the Engineering and Construction Industry. He has an intimate knowledge of the issues confronting people within the industry. As a small businessman he understands the pressures of running business.
His extensive Legal experience ranges from drafting and negotiating contracts, through the administration of construction projects with claims and defending claims, to dealing with disputes through the Courts, arbitration, mediation or negotiation.
